Coffee and snack service have been added in the waiting area, and customers now have the option of a free shuttle and pickup and delivery of vehicles for maintenance, or a free loaner for longer periods of service. "We're very customer-service driven." Mazur said and has spent his career honing that philosophy.
"I want us to be like a counselor or an adviser when it comes to your automobile" he said. "We don't recommend repairs that don't need to be done, and we're not in it just to work on you car one time and never see you again."

Total Automtive is more than a name on the building, too, Mazur said. The business preforms bumper-to-bumper car care except for collision work. It also works on diesel engines which only a few local shops do.
